Join us every Friday for TCC Track Fridays โ€” the ultimate in-person hangout. Whether you're new to running, into your short or long runs, training for Hyrox, or just looking for a different type of social on a Friday evening, this is the place to be.

Come on your own or bring your crew. Let's have some fun and see some significant improvement along the way!

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never joined a running group before, will I be ok? โ–ผ
Absolutely! Because we're on a track you don't need to carry anything and you can't get left behind! All programming is scalable to your ability.
How is a track session different from other running groups? โ–ผ
Track sessions are guided and structured running workouts that focus on improving speed and technique โ€” as they are on a track they can be tailored to different abilities and experience levels.
What do I need to bring? โ–ผ
Dress appropriately for the weather, thinking about what you're going to travel in, run in and then post session what you need to change into for your journey home. Bring a water bottle too.
Is there parking? โ–ผ
There's limited visitor parking on-site, but there is street parking outside the campus on the main road. Ensure you check for the different parking restrictions as they vary from road to road.

Please read this waiver carefully before participating in any running class session. By purchasing tickets for this event you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this document.

1. Health & Exercise Risk Acknowledgement

I acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation in running and physical exercise activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular stress, and falls.
  • I am voluntarily participating in this running class and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or loss arising from my participation.
  • I confirm that I am in a suitable physical condition to participate and have sought medical advice where appropriate.
  • I will inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to each session.
  • I agree to follow the instructor's guidance and stop exercising immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other adverse symptoms.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the organisers, instructors, volunteers, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in running class sessions, except where such liability arises from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

3. Photography & Video Consent

I acknowledge and consent to the following:

  • Photographs and/or video footage may be taken during running class sessions in which I participate.
  • Such media may feature my likeness and may be used solely for the organisers' marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, flyers, and other communications.
  • This media will not be sold to third parties or used for any commercial purpose unrelated to the promotion of the organisers' activities.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify an instructor before the session begins and we will take reasonable steps to accommodate your preference.

Declaration

By purchasing ticket(s) I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, that I am aged 18 or over (or have a parent/guardian purchasing and agreeing to this declaration on my behalf), or where purchasing for other people, I confirm that I have checked with these participants that they understand and agree to be bound by its terms.
